Carboxyrhodamine 110 (also known as Rhodamine Green™ Carboxylic Acid) is the nonsulfonated analog of the Alexa Fluor® 488 dye. Carboxyrhodamine 110 can be used to create bright and photostable green-fluorescent bioconjugates with excitation/emission maxima ~502/527 nm. For many applications, the dye is preferred over carboxyfluorescein or FITC because of its exceptional photostability and fluorescence insensitivity to pH (4-9).

Fmoc Lys(CR110)-OH is a building block for in-sequence peptide labeling by Carboxyrhodamine 110 dye. It allows incorporation of fluorescent tag into a peptide chain using standard Fmoc peptide solid phase synthesis. This reagent is supplied as Boc protected derivative to ensure compatibility with Fmoc solid phase peptide synthesis. Spacers of different lengths are available upon request.
